You have 15 days to change your mind and return the item to us in its original condition after receipt of your order. After this period, you can no longer make a return.

A return form accompanies your order. It must be completed and returned to us with your items.

If, despite our quality control, your item has a defect, we invite you to contact our customer service at servicecliente@swildens.fr.

Please attach photos of the defect to your message. Our customer service can then get back to you with the best solution.

The refund will be made within a period of between 4 and 10 working days after receipt of your return package by our warehouse.

You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been made.

Count between 24 and 48 hours after receipt of the email to see the refund appear on your bank account.
